MDAH Directory

The MDAH member directory is an electronic document in Adobe Acrobat format that organizes a subset of the information provided by each member when they registered with MDAH. The directory is published in January, March, June, and September.

Directory Information Content

All the information (or lack thereof) is supplied by the individual member. A completely filled directory listing consists of:

• Member_Name
• Street_Address
• City, State, Zip_Code
• Home_Phone, Cell_Phone
• Email_Address
• Children_Name_Gender_Birth_Month_Year
• Professional_Educational_Background
• Other_Skills
• Hobbies
• Picture_of_Member

Distribution, Eligibility and Updates

The directory contains information for all registered members that have agreed to have their information published in the directory, however the directory is only released to active, established MDAH members that have agreed to be included in the directory themseleves. When a new directory is available, download directions are sent to members eligible to receive the directory. The accuracy and currency of their own directory information is the responsibility of the individual member. If you are a member and wish to update your directory information in any way, please contact the membership coordinator by way of email to register@mdah.org so your requested changes will appear in the next directory.

Photo

Inclusion of member pictures is a recent addition to the directory and is not a current part of the registration process. Therefore, members have to submit their photos after registration if they want one included in the directory. Here are the submission directions/guidelines

1. This is to be a picture of the member only, not the member with family
2. The final working image will be a portrait style image of approximate dimensional ratio 2 wide x 3 high. In the directory implementation the final image with be 150 pixels wide, so anything supplied should be at least that wide. Don't sweat the exact dimensional ratio.
3. Send your photo by way of email to register@mdah.org with Subject: Directory Picture - Your Name. Include your full name in the email. Please send a medium or better quality JPEG image and give it a file name like your own name.
4. Like anything else in the directory, your picture can be updated as desired
